Project
All of the project activities will serve the objectives of the project:
- Our aim is to take an attention to the 'Human Rights' and raise the awareness of the problems met at European schools. Throughout this project, we want to prevent early school leavings in all the partner countries. Moreover, we want to decrease the social exclusion against the disadvantaged groups at schools. We also want to improve the foreign language skills, especially English since it will be the common language to communicate and cooperate internationally. There will be a great development of ICT skills which is very important to accomplish the project objectives and the outputs. The students will share different points of view with their peerages on some themes such as violence, xenophobia, prejudice, discrimination,...etc. Teachers will gain different opinions and information from their colleagues on the issues of the project. International interaction will give a chance to both students and teachers to acquire various traditions and cultures. They will contact with another by skype, ooVoo, facebook, e-mail, tango...etc.
The project participants will;
- expand their attitude perspectives and knowledge,
- exchange experiences related to the project themes,
- improve our cooperation and communication skills, internationally,
- acquire different points of view,
- attend different workshops and create educational materials,
- acquire various methods used in different Educational Systems,
- work with disadvantaged groups and disableds,
- gain the attitude of respect, tolerance for the groups, socially excluded,
- improve positive views for the “human rights”,
- take the attention against ‘violence’,
- improve their foreign language skills,
- improve their ICT skills,
- decrease the attitude of xenophobia, prejudice
- increase their self- confidence and positive self- perception
throughout the mobilities to the partner countries and the learning, teaching, training activities practiced there.
The learning / training activities implemented at the local and regional level will influence the parents, students and teachers of other schools, the representatives of the organizations and the educational authorities in the means of: creation of awareness and taking the attention.
